Aloysius Butler & Clark adds to digital media, research teams
Wilmington, DE — AB&C has hired two new employees — Kathleen Doyle (Digital Media Planner/Buyer) and Chrissy Flynn (Research & Market Analysis Coordinator). Both will work at the marketing agency’s Wilmington office.
Doyle will assist in the development, implementation, tracking and optimization of digital campaigns. Her responsibilities encompass online display banners, videos and behavioral targeting. Doyle, a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia with an associate’s degree in Specialized Technology (Graphic Design), boasts more than 13 years of experience in advertising. She has worked with a variety of industries, including financial, construction, law, luxury retail, healthcare and government.
“Whether you’re talking paid search, email marketing or anything in-between, our digital media team analyzes client campaigns to ensure money is spent effectively,” says John Hawkins, president and CEO of AB&C. “With her extensive background in so many industries, Kathleen will add serious depth to our analysis.”
Flynn will design research methodology and lead all phases of research project management and analysis. Her responsibilities include survey design, data collection, fieldwork coordination and data analysis. Previously, Flynn worked as a public speaking instructor at the University of Delaware, where she earned both an M.A. and B.A. in communication with a minor in advertising. Her graduate school research and master’s thesis focused on persuasion and behavior change.
“The most successful strategies, messages and tactics are grounded in strong communications research,” says Hawkins. “Chrissy’s extensive academic background will give our team a gigantic head start even before we begin the brainstorming phase.”
